- Her first two census records, are fairly clear that her name is Louisa A but that changes in 1870 when she is listed as Visa or Uisa. In 1880, it's spelled Luvica, then Lewisa, and on the 1910, it's Levica. Finally, in 1920, it becomes Luvicy.
