He married Mary Barbara Lamon on December 12, 1990 in Houston. He was preceded in death by his father. His survivors include his mother, Betty Jo Phillips, his son Joseph Welton Senn, his brothers Thomas Senn and wife Stacy and Adam Senn and wife Amber, his sister Sherry Senn Snook and husband William and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. South Park Funeral Home of Pearland Texas had charge of arrangements.
