- Mrs. B. A. Minze Services Tuesday
Mrs. B. A. Minze, 71, widow of the late John Minze, died at her home, 1220 West Twelfth and One-half street, Monday.
Funeral services were held from the New Hope Baptist church at Winkler Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. with burial in the St. Elmo cemetery. The rites were conducted by Rev. A. C. Corley, Jacksonville, and Rev. Carl Lee, Streetman.
A native of Winkler, Mrs. Minze had resided in Corsicana for a number of years.
Surviving are seven sons, L. C. Minze, Houston; E. R. Wilks and Virgil Wilks, both of Corsicana; J. C. Minze, Deley; Dudley Minze Winkler; Jack Minze, Corsicana, and R. L. Minze, Abilene; three daughters, Mrs. Lela Brooks and Mrs. Lola Hunnicutt, both of Sweeney, and Mrs. Bertha Lee Johnston, Corsicana, and other relatives.
Pallbearers were W. A. McPerson, Charles Shoemaker, Sims Hagler, C. H. Ramsey, Cecil Melton and Connie Gilleum.
Corley directed.
