Spotswood - Otis A. Ferguson, 81, of 73 Walnut St. died yesterday in Brunswick Park Nursing Home, where he was a patient for one week. Son of the late John A. and Ella (Tice), he was born in Ellenville, New York. He moved to this area in 1946 from Brooklyn. In 1953 he retired from his job as lineman for Con Edison, New York City. He was a charter member of Christ Memorial Lutheran Church, East Brunswick, and a member of the Senior Citizens Club. In addition to his wife, the former Astrid Anderson he is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Grace Selzak and Mrs. Justina Kelly, both of Spotswood; a sister, Mrs. Julia Haugen of Edison; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Services will be conducted by the Rev. Carl F. Schmidt, pastor of Christ Memorial Church, in the Eckman Funeral Home, 475 Main St., at 8 p.m. tomorrow. Cremation will be private.
