BANGS Vera A. Shepheard, 82, of San Angelo and formerly of Bangs, died Friday, Sept. 15, 2000, in San Angelo.
Service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Bangs First Baptist Church with burial in Bangs Cemetery. Arrangements are by Bangs Funeral Home.
She was born June 26, 1918, in Union Parish, La. She was a retired cashier for Scott and White and a member of Bangs First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son, Riley Shepheard of San Angelo; her daughter, Jan Ellis of Cartersville, Ill.; a sister, Era Ney of Escalon, Calif.; seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
