LAWRENCE ARMSTRONG Services were held yesterday for Lawrence Armstrong, 76, Route 1, Laneville at the Bryan Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. A. D. Munsinger officiated with burial in the Laneville Cemetery. Armstrong, who lived in the Laneville area most of his life, died Tuesday at his home of a sudden illness. He was born in Arkansas and was a retired carpenter and painter. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mary Armstrong; two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Randles of Kansas, and Mrs. Bonnie Flanagan, Mt. Enterprise; five sons, Loyd Armstrong, New London, Charlie Armstrong, Kansas, Bil Armstrong, Alta Loma, Cecil Armstrong, Arcadia, and Emmitt Armstrong, Texas City; two sisters, Mrs. Bird Watkins, Dallas, and Mrs. Margie Rexrod, Laneville; two brothers, Buddy Armstrong, Minden, and Johnnie Armstrong, Henderson; 23 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
