  From Grace: She died of convulsions. Secondary: Infriafes Dietary in Itercolitis (doctor's handwriting is very hard to read; not exactly sure what this is, the flu?). The death certificate asks what test confirmed diagnosis - the certificate states "clinical evidence." She was buried June 18, 1920 at Calvary Cemetery. Michael Heffernan was the informant on the certificate. They lived at 1609 34th Street in Galveston at the time of her death. The Undertaker was F. P. Malloy & Son. On the certificate, it states that Fannie Allen was born in Ireland, although on the 1920 Census, it states she was born in Tennessee and her parents were born in Ireland.
