  Mrs. John Carter died last Saturday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles Joy. She was 59 years old and came to Ida Grove from Wisconsin thirty years ago. She leaves her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Minnie Lynch of Ida Grove and Mrs. Charles Joy of Correctionville, several brothers and sisters, some who live in this vicinity. Funeral services were held from the Bethel Church Sunday afternoon by Rev. Thompson and interment was made in Bethel Cemetery.
